Broadcaster monitoring reports and analyses

The Regulator oversees the operation of media service providers in terms of consistent implementation and promotion of the principles underlying the regulation of relations in the field of electronic media, in terms of meeting the requirements for the provision of media services and discharging other obligations of the providers under the provisions of the law and bylaws.

Based on the methodological approach adopted by the Council of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media, the Programme Monitoring and Analysis Department prepares annual reports on the discharging of programming and legal obligations for public broadcasters and commercial media service providers with national coverage and analyses programme content.
