Application for the issuance of approvals for the provision of on-demand media services

An on-demand service is a media service, and programming content broadcast through it is an electronic medium, which means that it has the elements of both a media service and an (electronic) medium. Such content must be editorially formulated and intended for public distribution to an unlimited number of users through an electronic communication network.

An on-demand service is provided for the viewing of a programme during a period chosen by the user, at his or her request, based on a programme catalogue.

The procedure for issuing licenses for the provision of on-demand media services as well as the specification of the approval application form is regulated by the Rulebook on the Procedure for Issuing Approvals for the Provision of On-demand Media Services (Official Gazette of RS, no. 108/2016)
